Since all jewelry is handmade your item will be completed 5- 7 days from purchase date and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail in a flat rate box with insurance and delivery confirmation. If your mailbox can not handle a box measuring 8-5/8" x 5-3/8" x 1-5/8" please advise on shipping preference.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a product refund. Only items purchased from our online store are eligible for this return policy. Any items purchased through our retailers are subject to individual retailers' policies.
To return an item, please email us at erin_emaajewelry.com within 30 days, with the reason for the return and to get a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. When sending back your return, please include a copy of your invoice, write the RMA number on your invoice copy and include a short note explaining the reason for your return. All merchandise should be returned to us fully insured in a well-padded envelope or box. We cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment and return shipping costs.
Repairs
All jewelry is guaranteed under normal wear and usage for 60 days from invoice date. If you have a problem that you suspect is a defect please contact us to determine course of action. We reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. For your protection, please send all repairs insured in a well-padded envelope or box. We cannot be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during shipment and return shipping costs.
